About products

Q.Where can I buy products on the site?

A.amazon, FANZA, Don Quixote, Yodobashi Online, and other retailers that sell Sex Toys.
Since SSI JAPAN is a manufacturer, it is not directly sold to general customers.

Q. I want a product catalog

A.We have not created a catalog that lists all products. You can check the products being handled in [Category> All] on the site.
For catalogs of some products, you can download PDF files from the [Latest PDF Catalog] page. The booklet is not distributed.

Q.Is it all made in Japan?

A.Some are made in Japan, others are made overseas.
All the products listed in the category [Japanese goods] [Japanese supplements] [Japanese lotions] are made in Japan.

Q.I saw goods that looked like Pink Denma.

A. Similar products from other companies can be seen, but the “Zettai Ikaseru Denma” featured in [Poko x Tate] is our “Pink Denma 1”.
The Pink Denma series will be manufactured by SSI JAPAN Co., Ltd. and planned by WILDONE Co., Ltd.
Please note that other companies’ products are not Pink Denma.
In addition, the function has been improved many times, and different parts such as vibration pattern and maximum rotation speed are different from similar products.

Q.Are there any products that support reduced tax rates?

A. Yes. Please search for the corresponding product from the category [Compatible with reduced tax rate].

About trouble, exchange, return

Q.The battery runs out quickly

A. The included battery is for operation check. Please try again with a new alkaline battery.
In the case of a charging place, depending on the product, operation may become unstable due to insufficient power.
Use normal alkaline batteries instead of rechargeable batteries.

Q.I can’t charge

A. Make sure that the charging cord and the main unit are connected properly. In case of magnet type, check if the ground plane is not displaced. Check if there are any objects on the cord. Check for disconnection.

In the case of an AC adapter (outlet charging), make sure that the AC adapter is properly inserted into the outlet.

In the case of USB charging: If you are going through a hub from a PC, the power may be insufficient.
Connect directly to the USB port on the PC, or try using a converter that can convert the outlet to USB.

Q.The product is damaged

A. First of all, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
For batteries and rechargeable products, check the following items before considering them as defective.

・ Is the +/- direction of the battery and the number of batteries to be set correct?
-Has the battery box been removed so that it has been confirmed up to the back of the box?
・ Is the battery level remaining?
・ Please try other batteries.
• Are you using a rechargeable battery? * Depending on the product, the rechargeable battery may be unstable due to insufficient power.
・ Is the product charged enough?
・ There is also a product that activates by pressing and holding the power button. Try long press for about 5 seconds
・ Please check the instruction manual if the instruction manual is enclosed.

We will respond to initial defective products. * Limited to unused.

Q.I want to exchange / return

A. First of all, please check the return policy of the store you purchased from and contact the store you purchased.

Member registration

Q.I want to know how to register

A.Please register from [BUSINESS]> [Member Registration]. After confirming the terms of use, you will be required to register as a member by entering the required information.

Q.Can I register individually?

A. Individuals cannot register.
Please note that even if you register as a member, you cannot approve it.
For individual customers, please purchase at each SSI JAPAN product shop.

Q.Is there an examination for registration?

A. Yes. After the application for registration, you will be able to purchase after the screening.
It may take up to one week to complete the review. If you have any questions at the time of registration, it will be reviewed again after confirmation.

About product

Q.I would like to receive the latest information by e-mail

A. Once you have registered as a member, you will be automatically eligible for e-mail magazine distribution.
We publish e-mail magazines irregularly according to new product launches. Also check the information. If you want to stop sending e-mails, please let us know by e-mail.

Q.I want product image data

A.It can be downloaded from the [Download Data] button in each product page. Please feel free to use it at the store’s mail order site or at the store.

Q.I want video data

A. You can download from the link [DL is here] at the bottom of the video of each product.
Please use it freely, such as streaming it as a storefront movie or making the screen shot POP.

  • Please refrain from uploading the downloaded data to youtube.
  • Please feel free to link and embed videos on the SSI JAPAN youtube channel.

About the order

Q.I want to order by phone

A. We do not accept telephone orders. Please use the order from the site or FAX order.

Q.I made a wrong order

A. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible. If it is before shipping process, we will correct it immediately.
Please contact us by email if it is outside business hours.

Payment method [Overseas]

Q.I want to know how to pay

A. We will issue an invoice after completing the order on the site. Please check here and make a payment by bank transfer.
Our bank account will be Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. In case of transfer from a bank that is not affiliated with the bank concerned, there may be a separate commission between the banks.

Q.I want an invoice

A. After completing the order on the website, we will issue a separate invoice including overseas fees. Please be sure to wait for the invoice to be issued.

Q.The order email and invoice amount are different

A. In the case of overseas shipping, shipping fee and commission will be changed. We will contact you with the final amount after the change on your invoice, so be sure to wait for the invoice to be issued.

Q.I made a transfer but it was not shipped

A. It may take several days for the bank transfer to be reflected. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be closed by banks and our company.
If it does not ship even if you wait, we may ask you for some confirmation.
Please make sure that we do not contact you by email or phone.

Q.What is the handling fee for overseas shipping?

A. Shipping fee, transfer fee, overseas remittance fee, etc. will be borne by your company. An invoice will be issued for the sum of the above.

Q.I want to purchase with a credit card.

A. We do not currently accept credit card payments.

Regarding delivery

Q.I want to deliver to a different address (warehouse, chain store, etc.) than the registered address.

A. There is an item [Specify delivery address] in the middle of the cart purchase process. Please select a shipping address.
In addition, we will respond if you fill in the [Remarks] column of your order.
One order is one destination, so if you want to specify multiple destinations, please order one by one separately.

Q.I want to ship outside of Japan

A. Overseas shipping is not supported for companies in Japan. Please receive it in Japan.
In the case of overseas companies, we accept it, so we will issue a separate invoice for overseas after ordering.

  • Payment method and various fees will be changed from the cart display. Please make sure that the invoice is issued before making the transfer.


Sales outside Japan

Q.I want to sell outside Japan

A. You may have a general agency contract in some countries. Please check the information on agency contracts outside Japan.
Please contact us in advance if you plan to sell in the above countries. There is no problem if you sell it outside of Japan except as stated.
Please contact us if you have any questions.

Q. I want to sell it outside of Japan.

A.We do not accept any consultation regarding product distribution. If you secure a distribution route in-house, I would like you to sell it.
